The Home Team provides a shared welcoming space for dads, male carers and male guardians. A cafe hosted at the Bradford City FC Community Foundation's City Hub, right next to the iconic home of Bradford City on Valley Parade. The space allows attendees to connect and support each other, engaging in interactive sessions, with each session themed around a topic.

The sessions, their themes and activities can be found below. Two of the session are child-friendly, and two are only for adult service users:

24th May [dads, male carers and male guardians only] - Emotional & Social Support

• ‘You’re Doing Great’ Sessions: A space where attendees can share self-doubt and hear practical encouragement from peers.

• Mindfulness & Relaxation: Breathing exercises or short guided relaxation activities to help manage stress.

• Meetups & Peer Support: A safe space for fathers to chat, share experiences, and feel less isolated.
