Build your confidence with Smart Works- 1.5 hour session

Smart Works is the charity that empower women to enter the workplace through free, personalised coaching and clothing. We have supported over 3000 women across Yorkshire since 2019 – with more than two thirds being successful in gaining employment within one month.

Our workshops serve to break down barriers to employment and support women with their confidence and readiness to work. This is a session for any woman who needs support seeing her potential, connecting with her skills, and identifying practical next steps towards work.
